Reservation
Luminous Villa is open all over the year.
The minimum stay is seven (7) nights.
Maximum capacity for the whole Villa is 14 persons.
Villa
Smoking inside the villa is not permitted
Check in time 14:00 pm
Check out time 12:00 am
Payment
All payments must be made in Euros.
Payments are to be made via bank transfer or cash.
A 50% deposit is required to secure the villa, as well as the amount of 500€ in cash, that will be refunded upon departure. The 50% deposit must be received within 5 working days after the booking, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled as invalid.
The final payment is due upon arrival.
Additional charges incurred during the stay in the villa must be paid a day before checking out.
Cancellation
Full refund of the 50% deposit will be given back, if the cancellation period is within 2 weeks after deposit payment has been received by the villa management. Cancellation after that period will result in a forfeit of the 50% deposit.
Damage or Losses
The client is responsible for any damages or losses incurred during the period of occupation. We reserve the right to repossess the property if the client or a member of their party has caused excessive damage to our property.
